Shipping & Returns
Due to the nature of our products, there are some products that are created to order. Because of this there may be a slight shipping delay until the product/s are created.
We are currently shipping to Australia, New Zealand, North America & Canada, South America, UK, Ireland, Europe and Asia.
All orders are shipped via Australia Post or courier service and are accompanied with tracking information. Shipment times do vary however once shipped national orders are generally delivered withing 3-5 business days. International shipping times will vary.
The customer is responsible for ensuring their shipping address is accurate. Any orders that have been shipped to the wrong address, lost or needing to be re-shipped will be repacked and shipped at the customers expense.
We are currently shipping to New Zealand, North America, Canada, South America, UK, Ireland, Europe and Asia. For any other shipping locations please contact us for further information. International customers are responsible for their country’s customs regulations and import taxes.
Refunds & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, refunds or exchanges are only accepted if an item is damaged. A refund or exchange will only be processed when we have received the damaged item. If your orders shipping label has already been purchased, shipping costs won’t be refunded. Refunds will not be issued for lost orders by mail or couriers.
